About project

We partnered with LetHub, a property-tech startup on a mission to streamline the rental process through AI-driven automation. Their platform tackles everything from tenant inquiries and scheduling to CRM functionalities—aiming to make life easier for property managers and prospective tenants alike. Our role? Elevate LetHub’s AI capabilities (including a voice agent), build a lightweight CRM, and overhaul the user interface for a more modern, intuitive experience.

Goal

Our primary focus was to supercharge LetHub’s existing AI chatbot by improving its natural language processing and overall conversational flow, while also introducing an AI voice agent for phone-based inquiries. We aimed to create a lightweight CRM that syncs seamlessly with these AI tools, giving property managers a centralized hub for all lead interactions. On top of that, we revamped the user interface for both the chatbot and voice agent, ensuring a cohesive look and feel that keeps the platform approachable, efficient, and ready to handle the fast-paced demands of property management.

Challenges & solutions

Here, we zoom in on the AI chatbot and voice agent interfaces. The enhanced chatbot uses improved NLP to tackle nuanced questions, while the voice agent automates phone-based interactions—from answering FAQs to scheduling tours. Both feed data into the lightweight CRM, so property managers stay in the loop without juggling separate systems.

LetHub already had a chatbot in place, but it needed deeper conversational intelligence to handle nuanced tenant questions—like availability, property details, and rental policies—without escalating too many queries to human support.

We refined LetHub’s existing AI models using advanced NLP techniques, enabling the bot to respond in a more conversational, human-like tone. This not only improved user satisfaction but also reduced the number of queries requiring manager intervention.

Many prospective tenants still prefer to call. LetHub needed a voice solution that could field these calls, provide key info, and even schedule showings—without forcing tenants to wait on hold.

We built a custom CRM module that ties directly into LetHub’s AI tools. Lead info flows automatically from both the chatbot and voice agent, ensuring property managers have a single source of truth for all interactions—minus the clunky dashboards and unnecessary features.

Finally, we highlight the consistent design elements that unify LetHub’s brand. From color schemes to iconography, every detail was carefully crafted to create a cohesive user experience—one that communicates LetHub’s commitment to simplifying property management through cutting-edge AI.

LetHub’s UI needed a cohesive design that clearly showcases its AI-driven capabilities. The chatbot and voice agent each required a user-friendly interface that aligns with the overall platform experience.
