We teamed up with Care Point, a healthcare provider operating multiple clinics and offering diverse services, to create a modern, patient-centric website. Our design approach focused on warmth, clarity, and ease of use—qualities often lacking in healthcare websites. By bringing all Care Point clinics and services under one digital roof, we aimed to offer a unified brand experience for every patient.
Goal
Our primary objective was to streamline navigation across multiple clinics and services, ensuring patients can quickly find the information they need and schedule appointments without friction. Alongside the design overhaul, we also integrated secure contact forms that make it easy for patients to reach out to the right clinic or department, all while maintaining data privacy.

Challenges & solutions
The new Care Point website unifies multiple clinics under a single, approachable digital brand. By adopting a clean layout and clear visual hierarchy, we made it easy for patients to find specialized services—like cardiology or urgent care—and instantly see which location best meets their needs.
With several clinics under the Care Point umbrella, each had its own style and offerings. We needed a cohesive look and feel that accommodates local nuances yet remains unmistakably “Care Point.”
We developed a design system featuring shared color palettes, typography, and iconography. This foundation lets each clinic highlight its unique specialties while preserving a uniform brand identity throughout the site.

Patients often arrive with specific needs—like cardiology, pediatrics, or urgent care. A complex menu or buried information can lead to confusion and missed appointments.
We structured the site into clear categories and subcategories, allowing patients to jump straight to relevant services. Drop-down menus and prominent calls-to-action guide visitors to the right clinic or department without unnecessary clicks.

Coordinating appointments across various locations and specialties can get messy. Care Point needed a simplified way for patients to schedule visits—whether it’s a routine checkup or a specialized consultation.
We integrated an easy-to-use scheduling system that routes patients to the appropriate clinic or service. This not only reduces administrative workload but also cuts down on back-and-forth calls, improving the overall patient experience.
A key highlight is the centralized appointment booking and secure contact forms. Patients can schedule visits or submit inquiries for specific clinics without confusion or data security concerns. This cohesive, patient-first experience not only boosts trust in Care Point’s services but also streamlines operations across every clinic in their network.
